When requesting technical support, you must include the following information:
Your name as it appears on the license
Telephone number
E-mail address
Version of Windows
The exact text of any error message displayed
Describe step-by-step how the problem occurred. We must be able to replicate the actions that caused the problem. If we cannot duplicate your problem it will be very difficult to resolve it.
