Maximum Moon phase (0-1) at which the Target may be acquired.

Moon.Phase [= Single]

The property syntax has these parts:

Value (Single) Maximum Moon phase (0-1) at which the Target may be acquired.

Remarks

You should probably use the Moon-Avoidance Lorentzian instead of this.
