Plate.Observer (read-write, String)

The name of the observer (FITS header OBSERVER, default = name of PinPoint licensee))

Syntax

Plate.Observer [= String]

The property syntax has these parts:

Value (String)	The name of the observer (FITS header OBSERVER, default = name of PinPoint licensee))

Remarks

This corresponds to the OBSERVER keyword in the header of the attached FITS image. UpdateFITS() writes or updates this value in the FITS header. The defalt value is the name of the PinPoint licensee.
