The Rotate command allows you to rotate an image by an arbitrary Angle clockwise (CW) or counter-clockwise (CCW). The image must be resampled unless the angle is a multiple of 90 degrees; this can either be done as a bilinear resample or a Bicubic resample. Bicubic takes more time but can produce a sharper final image.
