Syntax
CCDCamera.GuiderCalibrate ( Duration )
Parameters
Double Duration - length of each exposure in seconds.
Returns
Boolean - True if successful.
Remarks
Starts the calibration process, which requires a series of exposures. Use GuiderRunning to check when the exposure is complete.
If the current guider is the SBIG w/AO-7, then invoking a calibration sequence will start a drive calibration sequence (equivalent to the "Calibrate Drive" mode on the AO-7's Locate tab), and will update the AO-7's calibration settings. MaxIm CCD's calibration settings will be unaffected in this case.
