Using Presets

Presets give you a way to save frequently used image set specs and apply them to an observation with a couple of mouse clicks. After adding a new target to the collector's list, you can select a preset from the list and click Apply. This will copy the preset image sets into the image sets for that target. Adjust the specs for that target then just click Update and you're done.

You can create presets any time the main ACP Planner collector window is open. In its File menu, there is a Presets... item that will open the Preset editor. Also, after filling in a set of image sets for a new target, you can click the Save As Preset button, and the specs will be copied into a preset. All you have to do is change the name to whatever you want. After you close the Preset Editor, the presets list above the image sets area will be updated with the new presets.

You can also create a preset from the current filter set by clicking the Save as Preset button.

Once you create any presets, the filter names in ACP Planner will be locked. Since filter names are used in presets, you can't change the set of filter names once presets exist. Thus, you must fill in your filter names before you create any presets.
